About Courtney

I am a wife and mother to three teenagers. I treasure quiet mornings (which rarely happen!), cheering on my kids, lightheartedness and laughter with friends, and gathering around the dinner table with family. I have been married for almost twenty years and know that marriage is hard…and I wholeheartedly believe worth the effort.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in finance and corporate healthcare, where I built and led account management teams. My work in leading others, parenting and my own transformative therapy experience inspired a deep desire to support others in their healing journeys.

I believe healing happens in safe, secure, compassionate relationships — and therapy can be one of those spaces. I work with individuals and couples to help them reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.

My approach is deeply relational and rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help clients explore the emotions, beliefs, and parts of themselves that often operate beneath the surface — and guide them toward healing with curiosity, courage, and self-compassion.
